There is nothing better than a cool refreshing drink on a hot summer day. This Mocha Frappé really hits the spot. It’s easy to make and absolutely delicious! 4 cups ice 1 2/3 cups milk 2 heaping Tablespoons hot fudge sundae sauce 1/4 cup chocolate syrup 3 or 4 Tablespoons premium instant coffee dissolved in 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup sugar Place all the above ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Serves 4. *TIP* You can lighten up this drink a little by using skim milk. Sweet Tea is a southern tradition. I grew up drinking sweet tea and now my grown children love it too. When I have guests over, I like to leave the tea unsweetened and serve it with sugar substitute and simple syrup on the side so my guests can choose. 2 large (family size) tea bags 8 cups filtered water 3/4 cup sugar In a small pot, boil 2 cups water. Remove from heat and add tea bags, cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Pour tea, sugar and remaining water into a one gallon container. Stir until all sugar is dissolved.
