My family has a friend (Dave) in Canada who loves this dish.  They serve it with brown gravy and cheese curds.  I have adapted this dish to suit our southern tastes by using biscuit gravy and cheddar crumbles.

1 package steak fries
1 recipe biscuit gravy
cheddar cheese crumbles

Bake fries according to package directions.  When fries are nearly done, make biscuit gravy.  Make individual servings by putting fries on a plate, smother with gravy and sprinkle with cheese crumbles.  Yum!
